Just Go for It

I was sitting at my desk and the topic for today's post came to mind. Don't wait until it's too late to pursue the ideas God has placed in your heart or use the abilities He's given you. I am learning the importance of living in the present and not taking my health or life for granted. How often do we delay doing things because we assume that our lives will aways allow for them to be done on our time table? One thing I have began taking notice of is the quality in which I am living my life. Am I taking full advantage of the time and opportunities given to me? Am I living the quality of life God created me to live? Going for it requires a shift in our thinking, it takes us from the poor me mindset to the mindset of I can do this! It also shows us the importance of taking full responsibility for our lives and the decisions we make. Good or bad, in my own journey I can look back and see where God was trying to prepare me for what was ahead. And for what I was unable to see. Living life with a clear understanding that despite our best efforts things won't always go the way we want. That's how it works for each of us but we shouldn't allow life's road blocks to become a crutch for staying stagnant and not pressing ahead. Don't become your own barrier and don't fall into a pity party for yourself. We all have struggles and difficulties but we also have the ability with God's help to continue on. I hope you are encouraged and find inspiration from within to go for it! And never forget, we are unstuck, and we are free!
